G.4.7 – Condensation Issues in Old Windows

This article has been written by one of our façade engineers following a non-intrusive, condition survey of the existing windows of a building which was completed during the early 1970s. The main purpose of this visit was to evaluate the construction details and comment on the reported condensation issue, discuss any contributing factors and provide a commentary on potential works to help resolve the issue.
