G.4.6 – Poorly Executed Terrace Balustrade

This article has been prepared by one of our façade engineers, following a non-intrusive investigation of a failed glass pane of terrace balustrade at third floor level, east corner, comment on the probable causes of the glass breakage, to make a comment on the potential safety risks and to provide comments on what measures might be taken to perform the required remedial works.
