G.4.5 – Poorly Executed Atrium Glazing

This article has been prepared by one of our façade engineers, following a non-intrusive investigation of disengagement of glass panes from the head framing tracks at internal atrium glazing,  comment on the probable causes of the disengagement, to make a comment on the potential safety risks and to provide comments on what measures might be taken to perform the required remedial works.
